Adrian Klein

Since he was a very young photography piqued his interest, yet he never did get serious with it beyond a couple classes in his teen years. Then in 2001 he was brought out into nature to enjoy the great outdoors on a number of trips. This was all it took, he was hooked! His first couple cameras were point and shoot Canon and Nikon, which he soon realized were limiting in allowing him to capture the true natural beauty in the way he really wanted to. He moved to a DSLR and greatly educated himself on what it takes to create amazing photos. Today he backpacks and hikes numerous times a year to document the endless wonder of the wild and not so wild places.
Adrian likes to help educate others on creating great photos and in late 2007 started doing presentations and individual outings on landscape photography which has expanded to more workshops and outings as you see listed on this site. Adrian is a published and award winning photographer. In 2008 his awards and juried exhibitions for landscape photography included PPO Court of Honor, PPA Loan Collection, Art Wolfe's ICPA and Center for Fine Art Photography.
Capturing and showing the beauty of nature and the landscape is more of a personal goal for him than anything. Today more than ever we need to have a true appreciation for the wonder and beauty of the natural world. He hopes that his images help to remind us ALL that nature is a necessity, not a nice to have. Even if you don't enjoy standing in the middle of a rainforest or hiking up a mountain, what is happening in these regions are impacting everyone directly or indirectly.
